This
service includes the Abatement Specification writing,
the
Abatement Process Monitoring and the Final Clearance
Sampling
following HUD’s Guidelines.

Paint Risk Assessments
The
objective of the risk assessment is to determine and then
to
report the existence, nature, severity and location of lead
based
paint hazards through an on site investigation and the
possible
means of correcting any hazards identified.

Lead-Based Paint Waste
Characterization
The
Full Metals Toxic Characteristics Leaching Procedure
is
performed following the requirements under EPA 40 CFR
261
and in compliance with HUD Guidelines; this analysis will
let us
know if the waste generated will be disposed as
Hazardous
Waste or Non-Hazardous Waste.
